ADT offer a range of flexible and cost effective support options for companies and organisations of all sizes throughout the Midlands, South of England and South Wales for both new and legacy systems. You can choose from a simple ad-hoc on demand service through to a complete managed solution for both IT and Telecoms or ‘pick and mix’ options to achieve the level of cover right for you.

This contract is time based, support hours are pre-purchased at a level to suit each companies individual need and when fully utilised can be simply topped up. This contract offers a flexible approach for contracted support whereby the time purchased can be used for a variety of issues and is not equipment or service dependent. Server, Back Office Applications, Desktop support etc can all be supported as and when required, you can even use the time purchased for new IT installation works.

The PREPAY agreement provides cover for technician On-Site attendance and Helpdesk support time and any workshop repair time. For all works undertaken the time spent is deducted from the hours purchased. For On-Site attendance, a minimum deduction is applied plus time spent. There is no limit to the number of incidents for support issues undertaken during normal business hours.
