2nd/3rd Line Technician

We are on the hunt for an IT Technician to provide 2nd/3rd Line support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have worked with SME ‘s and have MSP experience. Being a Microsoft partner we work with the Microsoft stack of products as well as a number of select partners for business continuity, disaster recovery and endpoint security services.

This role with involve working on our helpdesk based in South Bristol as well as visiting client sites to resolve faults or carry out project work.

Technical Skills:
Windows Server OS (administration, Installation)
Windows Desktop OS (administration, Installation and troubleshooting)
Microsoft 365
Active Directory
Microsoft Azure
Server migrations
Packaging software for deployment (MSI, EXE)
Excellent knowledge of DHCP, DNS, ADDS, RRAS, RDS roles
Network appliance configuration(Firewall, switch, wireless access points)
Network troubleshooting
Configuration of TCP\IP including knowledge of VLANs

Advantageous to have knowledge of the following vendor products:
Datto
Solarwinds
N-Able
Zyxel

Other requirements:
Outstanding face to face skills
Full clean UK driving license
