Support Service

ADT offer a range of flexible and cost effective support options for companies and organisations of all sizes throughout the Midlands, South of England and South Wales for both new and legacy systems. You can choose from a simple ad-hoc on demand service through to a complete managed solution for both IT and Telecoms or ‘pick and mix’ options to achieve the level of cover right for you.

For advantageous pricing, maximum flexibility and prioritised response, support time is purchased in advance and utilised as and when required. The contract provides cover for Help Desk and On-Site attendance support with the time taken deducted from the hours purchased.

There are no call out charges for site visits and no limit to the number of incidents for support issues undertaken during the term of the agreement. The contract provides technician time for general IT Support and Management for all relevant hardware and back office applications within the agreed locations and benefits from a Service Level Agreement.
