City Of Bristol
The city of Bristol is built around the River Avon, and it also has a short coastline on the estuary of the River Severn where it flows into the Bristol Channel.
Bristol is the largest centre of culture, employment and education in the region. Its prosperity has been linked with the sea since its earliest days. In more recent years the economy has depended on the aerospace and information industry.
Direction By Road
If approaching from the North, take the M5 southbound until Junction 18. Leave the motorway and head towards 'Avonmouth / A4'. Continue on the A4 marked as 'Shirehampton / Bristol / A4' towards the next large roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto the A4 / Portway heading towards Bristol. Continue on the A4 untilthe A3029 / Cabot Way exit, and head south along the A3029. Bear right along the A38 and continue on the A38 and turn left at Langford road. Langford road turns slightly right and becomes Donald Road, with ADT Systems on the right hand side.
Directions By Rail
If visiting ADT Systems via train, the nearest large Train Station within central Bristol is called 'Temple Meads'. Travelling south from Bristol for 10 minutes via car on the A38 will take you directly to the ADT offices. However, the 'Parson Street' station is a mere 3 minutes drive from our offices. That said, the train services here are much less frequent depending on your time of travel.
