PrePay Agreement
For advantageous pricing, maximum flexibility and prioritised response, support time is purchased in advance and utilised as and when required. The contract provides cover for Help Desk and On-Site attendance support with the time taken deducted from the hours purchased.
There are no call out charges for site visits and no limit to the number of incidents for support issues undertaken during the term of the agreement. The contract provides technician time for general IT Support and Management for all relevant hardware and back office applications within the agreed locations and benefits from a Service Level Agreement with 4 & 8 Hour Response.
Premier Agreement
An annual fixed price agreement providing unlimited on demand Help Desk and On-Site support for Telephone Systems, Desktops, Laptops, Servers, IT Infrastructure, Printing and Back Office applications enumerated within the contract.
The contract has the option to include the cost of any replacement parts required and benefits from a Service Level Agreement with 2, 4 & 8 Hour Response.
PremierPLUS Agreement - Managed Services
With fixed price annual or monthly agreements ADT delivers cost effective managed IT services for business throughout the South of England and South Wales to track and maintain the entire network infrastructure. Intelligently monitoring your network to maintain and repair utilising auto assignment for pro active and rapid reactive services to ensure optimum performance.
Our 24/7 remote monitoring provides real time analysis of the entire network infrastructure and allows us to deliver remote management, administration and resolution to issues. The PremierPlus agreement provides unlimited remote and on-site support incidents with all labour charges included and optional parts cover for servers, network appliances, desktops and back office applications. Server and desktop monitoring includes features such as asset and licence management, software patch updates and software distribution. The IT help desk provides unlimited support for basic and complex issues and uses a combination of telephone and remote access support for resolution or where necessary, assignment of a technician for an on-site visit.
A dedicated account manager will carry out regular service reviews and an annual comprehensive audit of the network with recommendations to ensure effective operation with your business strategy.

Remote Monitor Option
Our 24/7 remote monitoring provides real time analysis of the entire network infrastructure and allows us to deliver notification and /or remote management, administration and resolution to issues when taken in conjunction with a full support agreement.
Monitoring can include features such as asset and licence management, software patch updates and software delivery.
Server Management Option
To provide regular scheduled visits to carry out administration tasks on the server or servers the frequency of which will be determined by the size and complexity of the system.
Tasks undertaken include backup and restore checks, AV updates, operating system updates, patch management etc.
Network Management Option
As an addition to the Remote Monitor Option this service allows pro active and reactive management of the key network devices being monitored, firewalls, routers, switch’s etc.

Server Recovery Service
In the event of catastrophic failure or total loss of the server, recovery to the repaired hardware or new replacement system is carried out via the System Recovery image. This image is taken as part of the SRS service whereby the server system partition is output to an external device and periodically updated allowing a quick restore followed by restoration of data from the clients data backup.
The fee paid for the service includes relevant licences, periodic image tests and technician time to restore image to new or repaired hardware and commence a restore of data backup from tape or other device along with a full test at completion.
