Helpdesk Technician
We are expanding our helpdesk team and are currently look for an experienced
helpdesk technician with 2-3 years experience to join our team.
The role requires
excellent communication skills and a level of understanding of user issues
with the ability to interpret and answer a wide range of IT system and software
queries.
Key Tasks include 1st and 2nd line support to the end user
through a manned help desk, answering calls in-line with contract
SLA’s.
Management of client Assets,
Installation of hardware and software and adherence to defined policies.
You should be able to demonstrate the highest levels of
customer service to all
of the companies clients in respect of IT related issues . Key Skills would
include Microsoft desktop, Windows 7 / XP, strong Microsoft Office skills
with a focus on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Server technology,
2003, 2008, SBS
technologies, Exchange 2007, 2010, TCP/IP, switches and broadband routers
and VPN / broadband / RAS.
